Cancellations & Changes to Existing Permits
- After the permit request has been processed a permit, along with a permit number, will be issued to the requestor. If the permit holder would like to make changes to the existing permit, the permit holder should complete the following steps;
SEND an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org OR
- CALL 763-391-7121, 763-391-7123
- After the requested changes are made by the Facilities Scheduler, an e-mail will be sent with the revised facility request.
NOTE: If any of the requested changes can not be accommodated, a note will be placed on the permit, and/or the denied dates to be changed will be listed
